Don was born August 23rd, 1936 A.D. that is, in Lewistown, Montana. Graduated High School from Wasatch Academy, Mount Pleasant, Utah 1954. Graduated from the University of Utah, B.S. Degree 1958.
Married Susan Packard 1961. Hatched three children, Mark, Chris, And Anne.
Served on many boards including the above schools and The Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries.
Interests include tennis, skiing, travel, and private pilot.
Don was named one of the Utah's 2002 Fathers of the year, despite his recent arrest.
